Man is broken and lives to mend
and the grace of God is the glue.

                    -- Eugene O'Neil

Life is difficult.

Sometimes, we can overcome these challenges by ourselves. At other times, we may feel overwhelmed and broken by life.

Grace allows us to face our brokenness and in that we discover our deepest and truest self.

The first step towards reclaiming our lives, then, is to discover the truth about ourselves.

The process of recovering our true self, however, is not easy. There is no quick fix. The way back is work, hard work. But there is a way.

Spiritually-based psychotherapy is a systematic methodology of recovering our forgotten selves and, through grace, returning to unity with ourselves, God, and others.

The practice is founded on the core principles of prayerful contemplation and somatic (body-centered) awareness.
